How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Using an Authenticator App
Important - Please make sure to save the backup codes provided in a safe place.
1. What do I need before enabling 2FA?
An Authenticator App: You can download Google Authenticator or any other authenticator app (e.g., Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
2. How do I enable 2FA on my account?
Scan the QR Code with Your Authenticator App
Open the Google Authenticator app (or your chosen app).
Tap the + or Add button in the app.
Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Enter the Code from the Authenticator App
After scanning the QR code, the app will generate a 6-digit code.

Step 6: Save Your Backup Codes ( Important)
You will be provided with backup codes in case you lose access to your authenticator app. Save these codes in a secure place (e.g., a password manager).
Step 7: Confirm and Finish Setup
Once the code is verified, you should receive a confirmation that 2FA is enabled.
From now on, when you log in, you'll be asked to provide the 6-digit code from your authenticator app every time you submit a redemption request.
3. How do I use 2FA to log in after enabling it?
Open your authenticator app, find the code for your account, and type it in.
The code changes every 30 seconds, so be sure to use the most current one.
4. What if I lose access to my authenticator app?
Use one of your backup codes to regain access to your account.
