I cannot log in to my account. What should I do?

If you are having issues accessing your account, it’s possible that one of the following things has happened:

  • You have forgotten your password — To reset the password, click on Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions to set a new password.

  • Your account is temporarily blocked — Your account may get temporarily blocked if you have typed in the wrong email and password several times in a row. The block will be cleared in around 30 minutes, after which you can try to log in again.

  • Your timeout or self exclusion request is still active — If you had voluntarily requested a timeout or self exclusion, you will be locked out of your account until the timeout or self exclusion is over.

  • None of the above — If you’re sure that you have typed in the right email and password and that you are not on timeout or self exclusion,  please contact our support team so that they can help you access your account once again.
